5-Year Warranty Coverage
At Furnituresafa Beds, we are committed to providing high-quality products. All our beds and mattresses come with a 5-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship. If a defect is found within this period, we will offer free repair or replacement services.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- The product has been soiled or stained.
- Damage occurred accidentally after delivery.
- Damage resulting from improper use, such as jumping on the bed.
- Commercial use or misuse of the product.
- The mattress has been bent or folded in a way that causes damage to the spring sets.
Additional Information
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claims.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer an alternative product. If the alternative product is more expensive than the original, the customer will need to pay the difference.
- We will make reasonable efforts to match fabrics and colors when repairing or replacing items; however, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
- The warranty applies only to our standard delivery areas within the mainland UK.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
